Important note about penalties
Penalty fees apply for changes and cancellations, and might include applicable increase in fares. Some tickets and packages are non-refundable, but the funds can be used (for a limited time) for future travel arrangements, less any applicable penalties. Some packages / tour operators do not allow changes and the below percentages are only guidelines. The servicing Tour Operator will calculate final charges and what will be reimbursed to you.

Cancellation Fees

30 days before tour date	35% of total tour arrangements / tickets
29 to 15 days before tour date	55% of total tour arrangements / tickets
Below 14 days before tour date	80% of total tour arrangements / tickets
No show on tour date	No Refund

Fees for Amendments and Changes (by customer)

30 days before tour date	35% of total tour arrangements / tickets

• Balances from Cancellations and Changes can be used to redeem other tour packages offered at SabahTravelGuide.Com (for a limited time).

• Refunds will be credited to the credit card that was used for the initial payment.  No Wire or Telegraphic Transfer will be made for payments received from Credit Cards.
